Return & Refund Policy
We want customers to understand clearly how returns, damaged items, and refunds are handled.
Refund Processing: normally 5–10 business days after approval
1. Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging where reasonably possible.
2. How to Request a Return
Before sending a product back, email service@rovqela.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return. We will provide return instructions if the request is approved.
3. Return Address
Please do not send products to our business address without receiving return instructions first. The authorized return location may differ depending on the product and logistics arrangement.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For returns based on personal preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law. For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items caused by us, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.
6. Refunds
After an approved return is received and reviewed, we will notify you regarding the refund status. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require approximately 5–10 business days to post the refund.
7. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee cancellation after the order has entered processing or has been shipped.
